This facility allows the user to analyze the performance of the batch regarding the ATTENDANCE IN LIVE LECTURES throughout the academic year under the reports stored in the database BY THE USER in due course of time.
This facility not only provides batch report assistance but also provides student analysis regarding live lecture-performances.
To do so the user has to follow the following.
SELECTING THE “ PER STUDENT”
- Click on ATTENDANCE REPORT
- Click on LIVE LECTURE REPORT.
- Select Per Student
- Select the start date i.e FROM DATE.
- Select the end date i.e TO DATE.
- Select the COURSE.
- Select the BATCH.
- Select the NAME OF THE STUDENT.
- Click on the SEARCH ICON.
AFTER DOING THIS THE USER WOULD BE ABLE TO SEE THE REPORTS GENERATED OF THAT PARTICULAR STUDENT ALONG WITH ITS WHOLE DETAILS FROM THE STUDENTS NAME, ROLL NO, BATCH, PARENT NAME, CONTACT NUMBER AND SUBJECT-WISE ATTENDANCE OF THAT PARTICULAR STUDENT.
Clicking on the print icon the user can print the report shown under.
SELECTING THE “ SUBJECT WISE”
- Click on ATTENDANCE REPORTS.
- Click on LIVE LECTURE REPORT.
- Select Subject-wise.
- Select the COURSE.
- Select THE SUBJECT.
- Select the start date i.e FROM DATE.
- Select the END date i.e TO DATE.
- Select Lecture.
- Click on the SEARCH ICON.
