This feature enables the user to upload the student’s TEST MARKS DETAILS “in bulk”. i.e user can upload the details of OFFLINE TEST conducted per batch/course/subject.
So it’s convenient for the user to mass upload the test marks without any difficulty.
NOTE:- this process of marks uploading can only be done if there’s a timetable prepared for the test to be conducted.
To upload the test marks the user has to follow a certain list of things
- Click on UPLOADS.
- Click on TEST MARKS.
- Click on SELECT THE COURSE and select the course user requires to insert the marks.
- Click on SELECT BATCH and select the batch user requires to insert the marks.
- Click on SELECT SUBJECT and select the subject user requires to insert the marks.
- Click on SELECT TEST and select the TEST user requires to insert the marks.
CONDITIONS ACCORDING TO SCENARIO CHANGES
If the user has already prepared the test format includes subject, batch, course.
- Follow the steps done before.
- Click on CHOOSE FILES TO UPLOAD.
- And upload the files by clicking on UPLOAD.
This step is only done when the user has already prepared the file on his/her desktop.
If the user has not prepared the test format includes subject, batch, course.
- Follow the steps done before.
- Click on DOWNLOAD STUDENTS LIST by which a list of students will appear in front of the user which are based on the students’ details the user has uploaded previously.
- After filling the marks the user can save the file to their local desktop.
- After which the user can upload the list by selecting the file after Clicking on CHOOSE FILES TO UPLOAD.
- Make sure that the user has selected the subject, batch, course that they want to upload.
- Click on UPLOAD
