This function enables the user to set the BIOMETRIC ID RANGE, helping the user to carry out the attendance function according to the biometric data reading. Users can customize the ID range limit for Students, Professors, and other staff.

NOTE – this would affect the student, professors, and staff attendance reading so the user needs to make sure that the ID range should not collide. And accordingly, the user should set the limit. 

To set biometric id range,

• Click at SETTINGS.
• Click on BIOMETRIC ID RANGE.
• Set the RANGE for students, staff, and Professors by clicking the left end of the column.
• And set “TO” and “FROM” of each range.

By any change created in this range, the user needs to also make the change in all three sectors accordingly.
