This function enables the user to manage the STUDENT DETAILS according to the user’s convenience and accordingly the user shall maintain data throughout the year.
To record new student’s details and maintain his fee-related details.
- Click on MANAGE DATA.
- Click on STUDENTS.
- Click on NEW STUDENTS.
- Fill the necessary details of the students.
- Click on SAVE AND PROCEED.
- Enter Student Data: Course, Year, Batch, Package.
- Click on PROCEED TO PAYMENT (for further payment) otherwise click on SAVE ENQUIRY.
- Now, provide Form and Roll No.
- In the Fee part if you want to provide any Discount then click on ADD DISCOUNT.
- Select Discount Type and provide Discount Amount.
- Select Payment Method.
In LUMPSUM METHOD:
- Select Cash or Cheque.
- Click on SUBMIT.
In INSTALLMENTS WITH BALANCE:
- 1st is for Downpayment in Cash
- Click on ADD NEXT INSTALLMENTS for adding the next installments in Cash.
- Provide the future installment Date and Amount.
- Click on SUBMIT button.
In INSTALLMENTS WITH BALANCE- DOWNPAYMENT WITH CHEQUE:
- 1st is for Downpayment in Cheque, fill cheque related details and provide downpayment amount.
- Click on ADD NEXT INSTALLMENTS for adding the next installments in Cash.
- Provide the future installment Date and Amount.
- Click on SUBMIT button.
In INSTALLMENTS WITH PDC:
- 1st is for Downpayment in Cheque, provide Date, Cheque details and Amount.
- Click on ADD PDC.
- If the user has received cheques for future installments then give a tick on Received and provide Date, Cheque details, and amount. Otherwise, remove the tick and provide the future date of installments and amount.
- Click on SUBMIT button.
In INSTALLMENTS WITH PDC- DOWNPAYMENT WITH CASH:
- 1st is for Downpayment in Cash, provide date and amount.
- Click on ADD PDC.
- If the user has received cheques for future installments then give a tick on Received and provide Date, Cheque details, and amount. Otherwise, remove the tick and provide the future date of installments and amount.
- Click on SUBMIT button.
After completion of the Payment Process, if you want to Print the RECEIPT then click on Ok.
To search for the student details click on the SELECT COURSE, SELECT THE BATCH and SELECT THE SUBJECTS and click on the search icon given below. With this, the user can see the number of students enrolled in your coaching institute.
The user can also delete the STUDENT DETAILS if required in the future by following the same steps above. But that would delete the entire information regarding that particular STUDENT.

- Click on MY ACCOUNT.
- Click on MANAGE DATA.
- Click on STUDENTS.
- A new dialog box will open.
- You can find the “ENQUIRY FORM LINK”
