Managing/Creating Timetable

This function enables the user to CREATE ACADEMIC TIME TABLE according to the user’s convenience.

This helps in creating a timetable for students according to their particular course and batch.

Through this, a user can also allot time table along with the professors conducting that lecture.

To create a TIME TABLE,

  • Click on MANAGE TASK.
  • Click on TIME TABLE.
  • Click on ADD TIME TABLE.
  • Select DATE.
  • Select the COURSE.
  • Select the BATCH.
  • Select the SUBJECT.
  • Select the PROFESSOR conducting the lecture.
  • Select the EXPECTED START TIME and END TIME.
  • Click the TICK ICON to enter the time table.

Users can add another timetable within the same timetable if there is more than one lecture a day by just clicking the (+) sign and following the same steps followed above.

This is possible only with one selected course and batch
