Zoom Lectures

Installation Steps:-

  1. Click on MANAGE TASK in the left-hand sidebar.
  2. Click on VIDEO LECTURE.
  3. You will see, button name ZOOM LOGIN, click on it.
  4. Fill the required CREDENTIALS to login.
  5. Then, you will see a message at the top (Zoom Login Successful. You can now ADD and JOIN zoom lectures).
  6. Now you are LOGGED IN to zoom.

Add / Join Lectures. 

Steps:-

  1. Now you can ADD LECTURES.
  2. Select COURSE, BATCH, subject according to your preference, and then click on the ADD BUTTON.
  3. You will see a pop-up window.
  4. Fill the DETAILS according to you and click the SUBMIT button.
  5. Once you click the submit button, You will see an alert (Lecture Created Successfully).
  6. Your lecture is created successfully.
  7. Now click on the SEARCH button, you will see your lecture with the following details:-
  8. Lecture name, Professor, Course, Batch, Subject, Time.
  9. You will see the edit and delete buttons.
  10. You can delete the created lecture and also edit the timings of the lecture.
  11. You will see the JOIN lecture button before 15 minutes of lecture time. the Lecture will open in Zoom App
  12. After the lecture is over.
  13. You will get a report button, which will give you the report of the students who joined the lecture.
  14. You can also watch the recording of your lecture by simply clicking on the watch button.

 Uninstallation Steps:-

  1. Just click on the ZOOM LOGOUT button to log out.
