Installation Steps:-
- Click on MANAGE TASK in the left-hand sidebar.
- Click on VIDEO LECTURE.
- You will see, button name ZOOM LOGIN, click on it.
- Fill the required CREDENTIALS to login.
- Then, you will see a message at the top (Zoom Login Successful. You can now ADD and JOIN zoom lectures).
- Now you are LOGGED IN to zoom.
Add / Join Lectures.
Steps:-
- Now you can ADD LECTURES.
- Select COURSE, BATCH, subject according to your preference, and then click on the ADD BUTTON.
- You will see a pop-up window.
- Fill the DETAILS according to you and click the SUBMIT button.
- Once you click the submit button, You will see an alert (Lecture Created Successfully).
- Your lecture is created successfully.
- Now click on the SEARCH button, you will see your lecture with the following details:-
- Lecture name, Professor, Course, Batch, Subject, Time.
- You will see the edit and delete buttons.
- You can delete the created lecture and also edit the timings of the lecture.
- You will see the JOIN lecture button before 15 minutes of lecture time. the Lecture will open in Zoom App
- After the lecture is over.
- You will get a report button, which will give you the report of the students who joined the lecture.
- You can also watch the recording of your lecture by simply clicking on the watch button.
Uninstallation Steps:-
- Just click on the ZOOM LOGOUT button to log out.
