SETTING AN MCQ PAPER
To begin with, first, the user has to login to http://myclassadmin.com/ with the users registered email account and password.
To set papers,
- Now on your left-hand sidebar click on PAPER SETTER and after that SET PAPERS.
- Choose the COURSE Subscribed under the user’s package.
- Select the desired SUBJECT/S for you to take the test.
- Then select the required CHAPTER/S you wish to choose.
- Enter the NUMBER OF QUESTIONS you wish to have in your question paper. (Min 05 and max 300)
- After filling the numbers you can set the levels from EASY, MODERATE, AND DIFFICULT.
- Then click on SUBMIT.
- You can replace questions by clicking on the REPLACE BAR at the right corner of every question, with EASY, MODERATE, AND DIFFICULT and NEW individually.
- The change can be made from the same chapter where the question has arrived or from the whole chapter selected.
- After doing all the changes one can save the prepared paper by clicking the SAVE option given at the top right end or the bottom right end of the page.
- While saving, the user needs to enter TITLE, TEST HEADING / DETAILS, KEEP DEFAULT CHAPTER NAME, TOTAL MARKS, NEGATIVE MARKS, and TIME.
- Click on SAVE.
- OR it’s on the user to directly give a print command to get the prints according to university standards.
SETTING UNIVERSITY LEVEL PAPERS.
Through this, the user can set university papers within a few steps through MyClassAdmin. Creating a hassle-free user experience for setting university papers. This would only apply to university level papers like CA-foundation, TYBcom, SYJC papers
To set University papers,
- Now on your left-hand sidebar click on PAPER SETTER and after that SET PAPERS.
- Choose the COURSE Subscribed under the user’s package.
- Select the desired SUBJECT for you to take the test.
- Then select the required CHAPTER/S you wish to choose.
- After doing this the user can set the levels from EASY, MODERATE, AND DIFFICULT.
- Create a Template by selecting New
- Enter the date on the Display Date section by which the dates would be visible on the question paper prepared.
- Enter the Template name that the user wants to enter.
- To give any instructions to the students appearing on the paper the user can give those instructions by typing on Paper Instructions.
Instructions to be followed while entering the questions.
- Click on Subquestion Group and select a group from 1 to 5. Preferably start with Group 1
- Click on the Question label through which one can label the questions to sub-questions. I.e from A,a,1.
- Select the Chapters required for the required question.
- After this click on Question type through which the user can select the question type being MCQ question, True or False, Fill in the blanks, One line, Short notes, Special Questions, Brief questions, etc.
- Enter Question title/Instruction if required any for the students to follow during the exam.
- Enter Marks per Question user needs to enter the marks per question so that the software could evaluate and give the user the required end results.
- Enter Compulsory questions that a student needs to attend according to which the marks per question would be calculated and the user would get their end results in MARKS.
- Enter the total number of questions that are required in a particular set of questions.
Add more questions.
- Allows the user to add more questions for example Q1, Q2, Q3 …etc.
REMEMBER to follow the same instructions followed as performed before.
Add more subsequent questions.
- Allows the user to add more questions in a particular set of questions more like a sub-question inside a question for example Q1a, Q1b, Q1c…etc.
- To have options inside those sub-questions users can select different groups to have options set inside the main question for example:- Q1a OR Q1b OR Q1c …etc.
REMEMBER to follow the same instructions as followed before.
- The user can either save the template or directly create the question paper without saving the template.
- By saving the template the user can prepare the paper without making a new template form.
