SETTING CUSTOM PAPER.
By using this module users can create their own customized papers in many ways. 1st by typing questions manually. the 2nd way is by selecting questions from the question bank. 3rd way is you can add questions from the previous question papers. And 4th way is you can bulk upload the text-type questions from your Excel sheet. At the time of forming a question paper, users can add the questions like MCQ, Match the columns, and True or false. Users can also add the images as well as equations by using “ Equation editor.”
To begin with,
- The user has to login into Myclassadmin
- Click on PAPER SETTER
- Click on CUSTOM PAPER
- Click on CREATE PAPER
- Enter Paper Name
- Enter Test Heading or Details
- Enter Negative Marks Fraction ( If you don’t want to provide negative marks then enter 0)
- Enter Hours and Minutes for conducting a question paper.
- And click on the SAVE button.
Set paper by using 1st part: Add Question
Question Type: MCQ
- Click on ADD QUESTION
- Select the Question Type: MCQ
- Select Marks and Question Level.
- In Add question: The users can type the question/ In upload image user can add the “image type” question/ In upload equation user can type the equation by using “equation editor.”
- In Options: The users can type the text/ upload an image/ type the equation by using equation editor.
- After typing the equation, select the correct option.
- Give a tick to “make this question public.”
- In Explanation: The users can type the text/ upload an image/ type the equation by using equation editor.
- After forming a question click on “SAVE AND CLOSE.”
Question Type: Match The Column
- Click on ADD QUESTION
- Select the QUESTION TYPE: Match The Column
- Select Marks and Question level.
- In Add Question, type the question.
- Enter the number of answers in column A
- Enter the number of answers in column B
- Fill the column A and the column B
- Select the correct answers for column A.
- Give a tick on “make this question public.”
- For explanation, users can type/ upload an image/ upload equation.
- And Click on SAVE AND CLOSE.
Question Type: True Or False
- Click on ADD QUESTION
- Select the QUESTION TYPE: Match The Column
- Select Marks and Question level.
- In Add Question, for the questions, users can type/upload an image/ upload equation.
- From the True Or False, select the correct answer.
- Give a tick to “make this question public.”
- For explanation, users can type/ upload an image/ upload equation.
- And Click on SAVE AND CLOSE.
Your questions have been inserted successfully.
Set paper by using 2nd part: Question Bank
- Click on QUESTION BANK.
- Select the course, subject, and chapter.
- Click on the SEARCH button.
- By giving a TICK, select the multiple questions.
- Click on the ADD button.
- Your questions have been inserted successfully.
Set paper by using 3rd part: Previous Question Paper
- Click on PREVIOUS QUESTION PAPER.
- Select question paper from previous question papers.
- Click on the SEARCH button.
- Select the multiple questions by giving TICKS.
- Click on the ADD button.
- Your questions have been inserted successfully.
Set paper by using 4th part: Upload Excel
- Click on UPLOAD EXCEL.
- Read the instructions.
- Click on DOWNLOAD FORMAT.
- Open the downloaded format.
- Provide Sr. No.
- Type the question. (Question should be only in TEXT format)
- Type at least 2 options (Options should be only in TEXT format)
- Enter the option number of the correct answer.
- Type the explanation.
- Save the template in your system. ( You can type ample of text type questions as per your need)
- Again come to the Myclassadmin’s page.
- Click on CHOOSE FILES.
- Click on UPLOAD.
- Your questions have been inserted successfully.
If you want to print the question paper then click on the PRINT option.
